描述

ApoFlamma® 系列是用于检测凋亡细胞的探针,它靶向结合凋亡细胞。此系列有两种类型产品,一种是ApoFlamma®  PS,特异性结合暴露于凋亡细胞外膜的磷脂酰丝氨酸。另一种是ApoFlamma®  H,特异性结合通过凋亡释放到外部的组蛋白1。这两种类型都可以用于体内实验。尤其是处于近红外区域的荧光探针可免于自发荧光的干扰,可以自由使用。

产品清单


体内成像步骤

实验步骤如下
六周龄的 Balb/c 雌性裸鼠右股骨皮下注射1 x 108 MDA231 肿瘤细胞(肿瘤细胞悬浮在含有10%FBS的RPMI培养基)。
当肿瘤尺寸长到1 cm时, 裸鼠麻醉后,静脉注射100 μL 的ApoFlamma®  (50 μM ) 。
-ApoFlamma® 注射30分钟后,用eXplorer Optix (GE healthcare, USA) 成像设备观测肿瘤.
