CR-35 Bio

CR 35 Bio is a high-speed isotope scanner suitable for all types of imaging plates/storage screens below 35x43cm. It can be used for various nuclides, such as 3H, 11C, 14C, 18F, 32P, 33P, 35S,59Fe, 68Ga, 99mTc, 111In, 125I, 131I, 137Cs , etc.

CR-35 Bio can perform filmless autoradiography of tissue slices, using radiation emitted by radionuclides to sensitize silver halide in latex to form a latent image, which is developed and fixed to finally form an image, and through image analysis, the distribution location and quantity of radioactive tracers can be accurately determined. This more efficient autoradiography method can replace the traditional film, with the spatial resolution increased to 12.5μm, and the imaging speed increased to 100 times that of film.

The novel design concept ensures the high-speed scanning, high sensitivity, high imaging speed and high resolution of the system while the body is small. The imaging plate can be reused, and the built-in imaging plate erasing unit can read and erase the imaging plate in one step. The signals collected are focused on 30μm by laser, allowing 30 to 200μm pixel laser beams to scan, and then detected and imaged by its optical system, and created a high-resolution digital image with quantitative data in the form of an image file.
