We are using 89Zr-labeled UW07 to optimize the safety and effective dose of UW07 by positron emission tomography (PET) imaging.By labeling with 89Zr, we are evaluating the PK, safety, and targeting effects of UW07 in humanized transgenic animal models, as well as dose-escalation dynamic PET imaging.
